Terms of service

Clear pricing, no-cost launch reservations, and monthly plans with no long-term contract. Each review credit covers one focused piece of work and returns expert written feedback within the stated turnaround. We do not guarantee outcomes; we promise thoughtful feedback and clear next steps.

The program

Craneweave offers monthly individual coaching plans, a Five-Month Plan, team AI coaching, and programs supporting students. Monthly plans have no minimum term or long-term contract. Each individual plan includes a stated number of review credits and turnaround time. A review credit covers a focused, written expert evaluation of one piece of real work—an essay draft, school list, full application, résumé, interview response, AI workflow, or focused coaching question—from the coach named on your review. Recurring calls are not included in standard individual plans unless they are stated separately in writing.

Team and cohort programs are scoped in writing. If a signed program agreement differs from these general terms, the signed agreement controls for that program.

Plans and billing

• Core — $299/month. 4 review credits each billing month, 72-hour review turnaround.
• Plus — $499/month. 7 review credits each billing month, 48-hour turnaround, priority coach matching.
• Five-Month Plan — $1,999. Five months of coaching, 30 review credits to use anytime during the plan, and priority access around major deadlines.

Reserving and enrolling

You may reserve an individual coaching spot under Core, Plus, or the Five-Month Plan without paying today. A reservation records the plan and price you selected and holds launch capacity while we confirm your coach match and expected start date. It does not start coaching or authorize a charge. You review those details before enrolling and paying through our payment processor.

Team-pilot and student-cohort reservations also carry no charge. We send the complete scope and price in writing before your organization decides whether to proceed.

Review credits

Monthly review credits are issued when each paid billing month begins and expire at the end of it. Five-Month Plan credits are issued when the paid five-month term begins and may be used anytime during that term. If a review misses its stated turnaround, it does not use a review credit.

Billing and cancellation

Billing begins only after you review your coach match and expected start date and choose to enroll. Monthly billing is handled through our payment processor. You can cancel a monthly plan anytime, effective at the end of the current billing month, with no cancellation fee. The Five-Month Plan is charged once when you enroll for the confirmed five-month term. Data practices are described in the privacy policy.

What we promise — and what we don’t

We promise thoughtful expert feedback within the stated turnaround from the coach named on your review. We do not promise admission, a scholarship, a job offer, a promotion, or a particular performance result. A monthly plan can be canceled before its next renewal.

Integrity and authorship

We coach; we don’t ghostwrite or complete someone’s work for them. Application materials must remain the applicant’s own. Professional clients must have permission to share any workplace material they submit. The platform organizes, checks, and prompts; the client remains responsible for the accuracy, authorship, confidentiality, and final use of the work.

Coaching relationship

Craneweave provides educational and professional coaching, application strategy, and skills development. We are not a school, placement agency, employer, law firm, financial adviser, or agent of any university or AI platform.
