How a cohort runs

01
Choose the students, goals, timing, and level of support. We confirm the program and price in writing before anything begins.

02
Each student completes one intake and is matched with a coach whose experience fits the goal.

03
Students follow their own plan and submit real work for written feedback. A Craneweave coordinator keeps participation and pacing visible.

04
Your team receives cohort-level progress throughout the program and a final summary when it ends.
Supported goals
Now reserving launch cohorts across every supported goal. We’ll confirm timing in the written program scope.
Not sure how to group your students? Tell us the mix. We’ll recommend the simplest cohort structure in writing.
Program pricing
Program pricing is based on the number of students, the goals being supported, the program length, and the review volume each student receives. Your written scope shows what is included, the full price, and the reporting schedule.
Trust and privacy
A parent or guardian consents before any student under 18 is enrolled.
Submitted work is used only to coach that student and is never sold or used to train AI models.
Counselors and program leaders see participation and pacing—not a student’s submitted work without that student’s consent.
Submitted work is deleted within 90 days after the program ends, sooner on request.

No. Students can follow different goal-specific plans inside one coordinated program. We’ll recommend whether one cohort or several smaller cohorts will be easier to manage.
Your team handles the initial roster and any program-specific guidance. Craneweave handles intake, coach matching, plans, review logistics, reminders, and progress reporting.
Yes. A pilot cohort is often the clearest way to establish demand, support needs, and a reporting baseline before expanding.
Program leaders can see enrollment, participation, review usage, and pacing toward deadlines. Submitted student work remains private unless the student consents to sharing it.
Share the students, goals, and timing you want to support in the shared reservation flow. We’ll reserve a launch spot and send the complete program scope and price in writing.
No payment today. Reserving a launch spot does not commit your organization or authorize a charge.
