Trust and privacy

Student work stays student work.

  • A parent or guardian consents before any student under 18 is enrolled.

  • Submitted work is used only to coach that student and is never sold or used to train AI models.

  • Counselors and program leaders see participation and pacing—not a student’s submitted work without that student’s consent.

  • Submitted work is deleted within 90 days after the program ends, sooner on request.

Your team handles the initial roster and any program-specific guidance. Craneweave handles intake, coach matching, plans, review logistics, reminders, and progress reporting.

Yes. A pilot cohort is often the clearest way to establish demand, support needs, and a reporting baseline before expanding.

Program leaders can see enrollment, participation, review usage, and pacing toward deadlines. Submitted student work remains private unless the student consents to sharing it.
