Illustrative sample48-hour turnaroundReviewed prompt — Week 3

Summarize the attached pipeline export for the Monday leadership call. Make it concise and professional. Include the biggest changes from last week.

“Concise and professional” gives the model nothing it can act on. Say who is in the room, what they will decide, and the length you’d accept from a colleague. Attach last week’s summary as additional context.

How individual AI coaching works

Baseline. Build. Review.

01

Baseline

Start with your role, current tools, access, and the work you want to improve. Your coach turns that starting point into a practical plan.

02

Build

Develop the core skills through work you already need to do. Each project becomes useful immediately.

03

Review

Send the workflow, prompt, output, and relevant context. Your coach explains what to change, why it matters, and how to apply the lesson next time.

What gets reviewed

Build judgment you can use again.

Each review credit included in your plan covers one focused piece of work or workflow. Your coach can help you improve:

  • Use case

    The use case

Decide where AI can make a meaningful contribution and where your own judgment needs to stay in control.

  • Instructions

    The instructions and context

Give the tool a clear audience, purpose, constraints, and examples it can act on.

  • Output

    The output

Evaluate whether the result serves the task, then identify what needs to change in the setup or the next pass.

  • Workflow

    The workflow

Turn a promising one-off result into clear steps you can repeat, adapt, and improve.

We coach on the tools you are permitted to use, including ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or another approved platform.

Core, Plus, and the Five-Month Plan include review credits. Each credit covers one focused workflow or piece of work. Send the prompt or process, the output, and the context your coach needs to understand the task. Your coach responds in writing with what to change and why.

Recurring calls are not included in standard plans. Craneweave is built around thoughtful written feedback that you can apply on your schedule and return to whenever you need it. If live support is important, email us before choosing a plan.
